Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using IndNetGlobal. They define responsibilities across marketplace discovery, private procurement, documents, account access, and platform security.
By accessing or using IndNetGlobal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
You must provide accurate account and organization information, protect credentials, maintain current user permissions, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Users must be at least 18 years old.
IndNetGlobal provides B2B supplier discovery, marketplace listings, private procurement tools, documents, communications, and operational records. Business deals, contracts, pricing, taxes, delivery, and quality obligations remain between the buyer and supplier.
Users may not submit false or misleading information, impersonate another organization, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious files, scrape protected services, bypass access controls, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Verification indicators are based on submitted data, documents, system checks, and review processes. They support diligence but do not replace independent business, legal, financial, product, and compliance checks.
IndNetGlobal owns the platform, brand, software, design, and related intellectual property. Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the service.
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and classification of data they submit. We apply platform controls to separate public listing data from private workspace records.
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, payment methods, and plan limits are described at purchase or in the applicable order. Payment processors may handle transaction data under their own terms.
We may suspend or restrict access for security risk, non-payment, policy violation, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or material misuse. Users may close accounts subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndNetGlobal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, or failed transaction damages.
We may update these terms to reflect platform, legal, security, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
