Shipping is handled directly between transacting parties with agreed Incoterms and logistics.
Geo-commerce tools help identify suppliers, trade corridors, and regional logistics options.
IndNetGlobal is a B2B platform that connects buyers with verified suppliers. We facilitate product discovery, inquiries, quotes, and purchase order workflows. Physical shipping and logistics are handled directly between the buyer and supplier according to their agreed terms.
All shipping terms (Incoterms, freight mode, insurance, customs clearance) are negotiated between the buyer and supplier during the quote and purchase order process. IndNetGlobal does not set or enforce shipping terms for transactions.
Once a purchase order is confirmed, the supplier is responsible for fulfilling the order according to the agreed delivery schedule. Tracking and delivery updates are communicated through the platform messaging system or directly by the supplier.
For international B2B transactions, buyers and suppliers are responsible for compliance with export/import regulations, customs documentation, duties, and taxes. IndNetGlobal provides tools for geo-commerce discovery but does not handle customs or trade compliance.
Shipping disputes (damaged goods, delayed delivery, missing items) should be resolved directly between the buyer and supplier. IndNetGlobal may provide mediation support through the platform dispute resolution tools if both parties agree.
IndNetGlobal does not directly partner with or endorse specific logistics providers. Buyers and suppliers are free to choose their preferred freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners based on their requirements and agreements.
